ke999 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ke999 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated digital services operated under the domain ke999.io.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by the Player on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole operating currency of the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by the Player on a sports event, casino game, or any other product offered by the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward issued to the Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, referring to the identity and age verification process applied to Player accounts.
• "VIP Program" means the ke999 five-tier loyalty reward program available to registered players.
• "Content" means all text, images, graphics, software, data, odds, and other materials made available on the Platform.

The ke999 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by ke999 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party, and the funds used for wagering are your own.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by ke999 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

ke999 operates a strict 21+ age verification policy. Upon registration, and at any subsequent point deemed necessary by ke999, the Player may be required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation to confirm age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or birth certificate issued in Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction.

Where a Player is found to be under the age of 21, their Account will be suspended immediately, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any real-money balance will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification of ownership. ke999 reserves the right to report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the ke999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When completing the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to update this information promptly should any of the provided details change.

ke999 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete. ke999 is not obligated to provide reasons for such decisions where doing so would conflict with fraud prevention obligations or applicable legal requirements.

Account registration is free of charge. ke999 does not levy any fee for account creation, and no payment is required at the point of registration.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ke999 will never contact you by email, telephone, or live chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from ke999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Any Wager, deposit, withdrawal request, or account modification carried out using your login credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified ke999 in writing of a suspected security breach. ke999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ke999 Support immediately at [email protected]. ke999 will temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation. You must cooperate fully with any such investigation and provide all documentation reasonably requested by ke999.

All financial transactions on the ke999 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ke999 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your Account in BDT.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select domestic bank transfers. ke999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction is subject to the limits specified on the cashier page, which may vary by payment method and account tier.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless ke999 specifically approves an alternative at its discretion.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary: standard accounts may experience processing times of up to 24 hours; VIP Platinum and Diamond members receive expedited processing as described in the VIP Program terms.

ke999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawals must be made to an account or mobile wallet registered in the same name as the ke999 Player Account.

ke999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP Program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General bonus conditions:

• Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Players found to be circumventing this restriction will have their Bonus Funds voided.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account balance.
• ke999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retrospectively disadvantage Players who have already commenced the wagering requirement on an active bonus.

The ke999 VIP Program operates on a separate point-accrual system. Points are earned at a rate published on the VIP Program page and are subject to the terms specific to that program. VIP tier cashback is credited to the Player's Account balance on the first business day following the close of the monthly calculation period.

All bets placed on the ke999 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game product. General betting rules applicable across all products are as follows:

• Bets are accepted only when sufficient funds are available in the Player's real-money Account balance. Bets that would exceed available balance will not be accepted.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where an in-play cash-out option is available and has been selected before the relevant event concludes.
• ke999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including markets with obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault or human error. Players will be notified and their stake returned in such cases.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, ke999's decision, made in good faith and based on available official results, shall be final.
• ke999 sets maximum win limits per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation. Winnings in excess of published maximum win limits will be capped at the stated maximum.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ke999 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Creating more than one Account, or assisting another person in creating an Account for the purpose of circumventing account-level restrictions or bonus limitations.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering purpose, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Players who discover errors must report them to ke999 Support without exploiting them. Failure to report a known error while continuing to profit from it constitutes fraud.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any competitive format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level blocks applied by ke999.
• Providing false identity information during registration or the KYC process.

Any technical issues originating within a game provider's infrastructure are subject to the provider's own terms and support process.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting ke999 Support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, and any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

ke999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal processing rules, or eligibility criteria — ke999 will notify registered Players via email or in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
